This week in mining: Key developments in 60 seconds

De Beers Group and Angola’s Endiama have made a major breakthrough with the discovery of kimberlite in Angola, a promising sign for future diamond production.

In South Africa, Operation Vala Umgodi led to the arrest of several people linked to illegal mining and immigration offences across the Frances Baard and Namakwa districts.
