Tracey Kerr, independent non-executive director of Jubilee Metals—a diversified metals producer with operations in South Africa and Zambia—will retire from her board position on 30 June 2025.
Kerr was recently appointed senior independent director for Hochschild Mining plc. This new responsibility will require increased attention from Kerr, and as such, she will be stepping down from her role at Jubilee.
Kerr has an extensive career in the mining industry at executive and board level. She began her career at Vale before joining Anglo American PLC Group, where she held senior roles including Group Head of Exploration and Group Head of Sustainable Development. She was responsible for safety, operational risk management, and sustainable development across the organisation. She currently serves as a non-executive director at Hochschild Mining PLC, Weir Group PLC, and Antofagasta PLC.
