Copper 360 has appointed Llewellyn Delport as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective October 21, 2025, in line with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. The company said Delport’s appointment is part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and oversight within its board.

Delport will serve on Copper 360’s Investment Committee as well as the Social and Ethics Committee, bringing over three decades of leadership and strategic experience in the mining and energy industries.

A seasoned executive and non-executive director, Delport has spent more than 30 years driving business transformation, value creation, and sustainable growth across multiple regions. His career includes significant achievements in guiding mining operations from greenfield development to profitability and enhancing shareholder value through strong operational and strategic leadership.

Delport previously served as Chief Executive Officer and later as a Non-Executive Director of Trans Hex Group Ltd, where he played a key role in leading strategic turnarounds and ensuring long-term operational sustainability.

His expertise extends across risk management, corporate governance, and investment oversight, skills that align closely with Copper 360’s growth trajectory and focus on responsible resource development.

In announcing the appointment, the Copper 360 Board highlighted Delport’s strategic insight, industry knowledge, and governance experience as valuable assets that will contribute to the company’s commitment to operational excellence and ethical business conduct.
